REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 7th ANNUAL FAIR MEADOW FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT!
Fair Meadow is a nursing home care facility and is one of Fertile's most valuable resources, allowing residents to achieve their highest level of self care and independence without going far from home. The Fair Meadow Foundation supports this mission by raising funds for the facility and its programs - and we need your help. Join us in taking care of the elderly in our community who are our fathers, mothers, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends. A financial gift to the Fair Meadow Foundation helps to ensure that these important people get the quality care they deserve.
Fair Meadow was founded in 1967. It currently has 42 long term care rooms and 19 new assisted living apartments.

This bicycle was bought by the foundation so the residents can ride a bike around the streets of Fertile.

This is the Apollo Bath Tub, that the Foundation purchased with the money raised from the 2023 golf tournament.

During the fall of 2023, the Foundation purchased new bedspreads for all of the beds at Fair Meadow.

The Foundation purchased this chair that unfolds into a bed to be used by families when they need to stay in their loved ones room

A new hair care chair purchased for the beauty shop. Residents will get their hair done in comfort.

Fair Meadow Foundation purchased the golf cart with funds donated by Wild Rice Electric, Giving Hearts Day and many other wonderful donors.
Driving is Heidi Larson - Past Fundraising Coordinator, Cynthia Hibbard - Secretary, Marla Swenson - President, Kristy Langved - Board Member and Cheryl Hegg - Treasurer.
